The Parlé Fee Structure

The following simple table summarises the normal fee levels applied to Parlé mediation.

An experienced member of the team will allocate the best mediator to bring your dispute to a swift resolution.

These costs are subject to terms and conditions but can be taken as a guide for the vast majority of construction dispute resolution scenarios mediated by Parlé.

Notes

• The fee quoted is per party and is based on a two-party dispute.
• In cases involving three or more parties, an uplift of 15% per party is chargeable.
• The fee covers an 8-hour mediation. Additional time will be charged at a rate of £350 per hour or part thereof.
• The fee is inclusive of all reasonable preparation time.
• Additional charges will be levied for travel expenses and disbursements.
• Half-day mediations can be arranged for two-thirds of the daily rate.
• Additional mediation days will attract a 15% discount.
• 100% of the mediator's fee is payable in advance of the mediation, and both parties will be invoiced equally after completing our Agreement to Mediate.

All costs are subject to revision and amendment, plus VAT at the prevailing rate.
